Uh, no—I don’t think so. That’s totally NOT how we’d wear our jeans. First of all those jeans are too faded. They’d need to be much darker—always dry clean your jeans so they keep their shape and don’t ‘bleed’. Secondly, she needs a black belt with low-heeled black boots, and a shiny silk, or Lurex blouse, preferably cream colored, or silver/gold. And then there’s her hair. In the late 70s/early 80s we all grew our hair super-long…almost waist length, and then you curled the ends loosely.
Yeah I know what you mean. It was the same in highschool back then. Cute girls with nice hair a good fitting tight jeans were everywhere. When they wore something other than the jeans they looked good too. They were just so much classier then than the trash I see everyday now. I hate that ugly shape ruining low rise crap. Add the general slovenlyness of today and it has pretty much ended girl watching for me. There just is anything out there worth a damn now.
You go to a mall today and you see a trailer trash festival with women wearing unflattering low rise jeans. In the 80s you use to go to the mall and to college and you use to see a supersexy festival with women taking care of themselves and wearing jeans like those.
